About this escape room game
The Locksmith's Mansion is a free online escape room game you play right in your browser: no download, no signup, no app to install. You are trapped in the old locksmith's mansion after midnight, and ten locked doors stand between you and the street. Every door hides a one-word key somewhere inside its room — in the pictures, the furniture, the locks themselves. Watch each door's short video, study the room, work out the word, and type it in to open the next door.
This is the ⭐ Easy room on the ESCAPE10 difficulty ladder, and the best place to start if you have never played an escape room game online before. The puzzles reward looking carefully rather than guessing: observation, counting, simple wordplay, and spotting the thing that doesn't belong. Built-in hints are there if a door stalls you — this room wants you to finish; it just won't hand you the finish.
Clear all ten doors and you escape. Nobody has escaped The Locksmith's Mansion yet: the #1 crown at the top of the winners board is still unclaimed, and the first player to clear Door 10 takes it forever. Play it solo, or put it on a big screen and argue about the answers with friends and family.
